Week 37
Any Sammy yet? Nope.
Went to the OB Thursday. 1 more week 1 more centimeter. So, now Moon's at 3cm dialated. So, what does this mean?
Last week we got excited at the 2cm news. We went around telling everyone and got a big 0! A few people who knew what they were talking about said, "2cm? Big deal, she's got a ways to go." This frustrated us to no end.
This time I grabbed the doctor by the ears and screamed, "WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!!!" After I assured him that he would continue to breathe as long as I liked his answers, he stopped crying and gave us the low-down.
He explained that Moon could have the baby at any time. He said it could be 2 weeks or 2 hours, but he guessed that we might see him soon. Oh really, that's great. I decided to spare him (for now).
The rest of the week I sweated whenever I went out of town. A business trip to northwest Indiana was quite a stressful trip. I had to explain to everyone all week how I would have to take any phone calls, even during meetings.
